The current board member Daniel Somos is proposed as the new chairman of the board.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The following board members are thus proposed to be elected at the annual general meeting on 14 May 2024: Daniel Somos (re-election, proposed to be elected as chairman of the board), Stefan Janse (re-election), Rade Prokopovic (new election) och Hanif Bali (new election).</p><p>Hanif Bali is a Swedish politician and a member of the political party Moderaterna. He was a member of the Riksdag from 2010 to 2022 and served as a party executive in Moderaterna from 2015 to 2018.
