Disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act regarding change in holdings
Optomed Plc ("Optomed" or the "Company") has received a notification in accordance with the Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act (as amended, the "SMA") from Danske Bank A/S ("Notifier"). According to the notification, the total holdings in Optomed shares and votes held the by Danske Bank A/Sis 4.86 per cent of all of the registered shares in Optomed on 12 November 2024.
The total number of the Company's registered shares amounted to 19,630,397 shares on 12 November 2024. Each share entitles to one vote.
