Nokian Tyres Annual Report 2024 published

Nokian Tyres plc Stock Exchange Release March 3, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. EET 

Nokian Tyres has today published its Annual Report 2024, including a review by President and CEO Paolo Pompei. 

The Report by the Board of Directors published in the Annual Report includes a Sustainability Statement prepared in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and a Corporate Governance Statement. The Annual Report also includes the Financial Statements and the Remuneration Report.

The Annual Report, the Sustainability Statement, the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report are attached to this release and available on the website at company.nokiantyres.com/investors/reports-and-presentations.

Nokian Tyres publishes the report also in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The XHTML file of the Annual Report is attached to this release. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements and notes to the financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Nokian Tyres' ESEF Financial Statements.
