The general meeting resolved to approve the board’s decision on a directed issue of warrants to Eiffel Investment Group SAS.</div><div class="mfn-body">DIRECTED ISSUE OF WARRANTS The extraordinary general meeting resolved to approve the board’s decision from February 26, 2025, to issue a maximum of 875,000 warrants, with deviation from the shareholders’ preferential rights, to Eiffel Investment Group SAS, through certain funds controlled by Eiffel Investment Group SAS.
