Complete information and documents regarding the general meeting’s resolutions are available on the company's website, www.modelon.com. All resolutions passed by the general meeting are in accordance with the proposals presented in the notification of the general meeting.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p><strong>Election of a new board member</strong><br>The general meeting resolved to appoint <a rel="noopener" href="https://modelon.com/people/mikael-bluhme/">Mikael Bluhme</a> as a new board member for the period until the end of the next annual general meeting. The other board members will remain as board members. Mikael has a degree in economics from IHM Business School and Executive Foundation. He is currently a partner and investment manager in RoosGruppen AB, and a board member in several companies.<br><strong>Amendment of the articles of association</strong><br>The general meeting resolved to change the articles of association according to the board's proposal. The change involves, among other things, that the division of A shares and B shares in the articles of association be removed, i.e. that all shares in the Company shall be of the same share class (ordinary shares). The board will return with information about the record date for the removal of the division.
