Today, Wirtek announced a two-year agreement with US-based Rugby Tens (R10). The contract is expected to generate revenue that exceeds DKK 1m during the first 12 months of the collaboration. The new contract is built on a previous successful collaboration between Wirtek and a division of R10.

Wirtek is expected to release its Q1 2025 interim report on 14 May 2025. The management will present the results at a virtual live event with a Q&A session the same day at 14:30. In addition to the financial results, the event will include an update on Wirtek’s recent business developments and provide insights into the current market conditions.

Today, we hosted an event with Wirtek's CEO Michael Aaen, who presented the FY 2024 results and the outlook for 2025. The presentation was followed by a Q&A session where Michael Aaen answered several questions from the audience.

Wirtek will release its Full-Year 2024 report on Wednesday 19 March 2025. Management will present the results and host a live virtual Q&A session on 19 March 2025, at 13.00. This morning, Wirtek published its full annual report FY 2024, showing revenue of DKK 71.9 million (+2% y/y), which had been previously announced to the market, and is a little below its latest 2024 guidance of DKK 72.5-73.5 million. The revenue growth was supported driven by Wirtek’s two energy-focused acquisitions in 2024 of Pragmasoft and Seluxit, with 84% y/y growth in its energy segment, and some decline in its other segments amid challenging markets.
