Wirtek delivered 2% revenue growth in 2024, reaching DKK 71.9 million, driven by strong performance in its Energy business unit, which grew 84% YoY and now accounts for 34% of total revenue. Profitability was impacted by increased investment and one-off costs related to acquisitions, with EBITDA declining 17% to DKK 5.2 million.
Looking ahead, 2025 guidance points to stable revenues (DKK 70&#x2013;75 million) as Wirtek enters a transitional year, shifting from a pure services model to a two-division structure (Services &amp; Solutions) and ramping up its focus on IoT-based scalable platforms and recurring revenue.
