Oliver Feldmeier, who has served as the CEO for the past 2 years and 9 months, will transition into the role of Board Chairman pending approval from the General Meeting of Shareholders and regulatory authorities.
During his tenure as CEO, Oliver Feldmeier has amassed invaluable industry knowledge and has been instrumental in guiding the company through significant milestones. As he assumes the role of Board Chairman, his continued involvement ensures the retention of critical expertise to steer the company's strategic direction.
In line with this transition, the CEO position is expected to be assumed by Olga Feldmeier, co-founder of Smart Valor. Olga's leadership prowess was evident during the company's formative years, having led the company during the first four years since its inception in 2017. Her return to the CEO role underscores the founders' unwavering commitment to Smart Valor's mission and vision.
