member Jon Øyvind Eriksen, has acquired a total of 391,880 shares in Huddly AS
("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) for an average subscription price of
NOK 0.50916. Following the acquisition, Jon Øyvind Eriksen holds a total of
38,875,881 shares in the Company, equal to approximately 7.2% of the outstanding
shares in the Company, through Sonstad AS (Group).
