Diös Fastigheter: Diös divests properties for SEK 788 million
Diös Fastigheter divests four properties in Skellefteå with a lettable area of 43,000 square meters, containing primarily retail. The underlying property value is at the same level as the book value. The buyer is Nordvestor Fastigheter and transfer of ownership will take place during January, 2024.

The annual rental value for the diverted properties amounts to circa SEK 69 million and the economic occupancy rate amounts to 93 percent. The majority of the properties contain retail, and the largest tenants are Åhléns, ICA and Clas Ohlson. The transaction takes place in a company form and is reported during the first quarter of 2024.
