Diös Fastigheter: David Carlsson appointed new CEO and President of Diös
The Board of Directors at Diös Fastigheter AB (publ) has appointed David Carlsson as the new CEO and President. David will start in the position on January 1, 2025. Current CEO Knut Rost will continue in his role until David takes over.

David Carlsson joins Diös from his previous role as CEO of the Umeå-based real estate company Balticgruppen, a position he has held since 2018. He also has prior experience as Vice CEO at Balticgruppen and has held leadership positions at Akademiska Hus, including as Regional Director for the Northern and Uppsala region. David holds an Executive MBA in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics and a MSc degree from Umeå University.
The Diös recruitment committee, consisting of board members Bob Persson, P-G Persson, and Erika Olsén, has been involved in the recruitment process.
"David has extensive experience in leadership roles within the real estate industry and enjoys an excellent reputation. He is well acquainted with many of our cities in northern Sweden and has a solid network within both municipalities and the business community. We are convinced that David is the right person to lead Diös' continued development during the growth journey that northern Sweden is facing. This is an excellent solution for both shareholders and employees," says Bob Persson, Chairman of the Board.
