Christian Berner Tech Trade (publ) presents new organization, changes in group management as well as a new recruitment.
We create greater transparency and strengthen the Group’s decentralized operating model. The Group is organized into new business areas that better follow the way we run the business. The changes simplify and improve our organization and facilitates an even more agile and efficient steering.
One of the two business areas consists of the subsidiaries Swedish Christian Berner AB, Finnish Christian Berner Oy, Norwegian Christian Berner AS, Danish A/S Christian Berner and Norwegian Empakk AS and gathers a large part of the Group’s trading business as well as own products. It includes solutions within water treatment, packaging solutions, vibration dampening, and process technology. The companies within the area assist customers within both the industry as well as public sector reduce their electricity consumption, lower their use of other resources or in other ways improve their own business.
The other business area comprises the subsidiaries Zander & Ingeström AB, AB G.F. Swedenborg Ingenjörsfirma and Bullerbekämparen Svenska AB. The business area gathers a lion’s share of the Group’s pump businesses, as well as equipment for the energy and process industries in order to make them more sustainable through lowered emissions, lowered energy losses and/or an improved working environment.
Group management will going forward consist of CEO and CFO. Subsidiary managing directors as well as heads of the different staff functions (HR, IT and Marketing) are, as previously, included in an extended management team.
We welcome a new subsidiary managing director to the group, Katarina Munter, who takes on the role of managing director in the subsidiary Bullerbekämparen Svenska AB as of January 1st 2023. She succeeds Per Siesing who has held the office in addition to his regular role as Supply Chain Manager within Christian Berner AB. Katarina has most recently been head of aftermarket at Loipart.
With these changes we create greater transparency and better conditions for continued growth, comments Caroline Reuterskiöld, CEO Christian Berner Tech Trade.
The changes come into effect immediately and we will report according to the new business areas in the year-end report 2022.
