Arion Bank hf.: Senior Preferred Bond in ISK Offering Results
Today Arion Bank has concluded a sale of senior preferred bonds in the series ARION 28 1215 for a total of ISK 760m.
In the series ARION 28 1215 a total of 12 bids for ISK 3,020m were received at a yield in the range of 5.04%– 5.50%. Bids in the amount of ISK 760m were accepted at a 5.10% yield. The total size of the series following the issuance will be ISK 12,060m.
In relation to the offering, holders of the series ARION 24 1020 GB were offered to sell holdings in the series at a predetermined clean price of 100.00 in exchange for subscriptions made in the offering. No bids were received.
The bonds are scheduled to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Iceland on September 11th 2024.
