Toivo Group är verksamt inom fastighetsbranschen. Bolaget utvecklar och förvaltar över ett brett utbud av fastighetsbestånd. Från den senaste ägarlistan noteras för övrigt att styrelsemedlemmen Harri Tahkola hade ökat sitt ägande:  Det finns ingen anmälningsskyldighet när beloppet i euro understiger 20 000 €. Eller gällde denna gräns bara First North? Toivo är ju nu på huvudlistan. Aki Pyysing har också ökat sitt ägande. Aki är ju en stor ägare och styrelsemedlem i Ovaro och har blivit känd även som ägare i Citycon.
