Unibap: Follow-on order from Moog Space and Defense Group for 2.9 MUSD

This new constellation project (volume order) marks a major milestone as it continues to build on our successful partnership following the previous order in Dec 2022. This project is operating under the technology license and distribution agreement between Unibap and Moog signed in 2019.

Moog and Unibap have also agreed to amend the technology license and distribution agreement that has been in effect from 2019. The amendment provides Unibap with freedom to operate in the US, while still allowing Moog to provide iX5 and iX10 products under the agreement against varying royalty depending on customer and product. This specific order will be royalty-free.

This follow-on order consists of both product deliveries from within our iX10 platform, as well as technology transfer under the license agreement. This important order represents another milestone in our commitment to technological innovation, agility to provide short lead times and quality of volume deliveries. The amended agreement opens the door for Unibap to establish our own operations in the important US market, while still maintaining our strategic technology partnership with Moog.
