Duell är ett importbolag. Bolagets egna och importerade produkter säljs genom ett distributionsnätverk som täcker de europeiska marknaderna. Duells utbud av importerade produkter inkluderar utrustning, tillbehör och reservdelar för motorcyklar, snöskoter. båtliv, cykling, ATV/UTV, mopeder och skotrar. Bolaget grundades 1983 och dess huvudkontor ligger i Mustasaari, Finland.

Duell Kajaanin Petri jatkaa ostoja henk.koht ja Twin Enginellä. En kyllä ihmettele miksi. Tilinpäätös sitten sivuutettu erinomaisesta tuloksesta huolimatta, kaikki nousu suli. Pelottaako tämä käänteinen splitti vai mikä? Muuten taloudessa ja ostovoimassa parempaa näkymää koko ajan.

Todellakin ja hyvin ovat parantaneetkin. Korot laskee ostovoima paranee ja diilereiden varastot tyhjät. Patoutunutta kysyntää uskon myös olevan. . Näkymät parantuneet huomattavasti. Nordean pääanalyytikko Jan von Gerich katsoo, että korkojen lasku parantaa Suomessa kulutuksen näkymiä ”ihan aidosti ja kohtalaisen lyhyellä viiveellä”.

Kyllä se omistaja-arvo tehdään liiketoiminnalla eikä spliteillä. Toki tässä tapauksessa käänteinen splitti on ihan hyvä.

Duell_Vuosikertomus_2024.pdf Se 20 miljoonaa tuli yhtiöön rahaa versus edellinen arvostus. Se tuppaa unohtumaan. Velat on historiallisesti alhaalla tasolla tämän takia. Yhtiön hallitus on hyväksynyt seuraavat keskipitkän  aikavälin (3–5 vuoden) taloudelliset tavoitteet:  Kasvu: liikevaihto keskipitkällä aikavälillä 200–300  miljoonaa euroa, joka saavutetaan vuotuisen  orgaanisen kasvun ja yritysostojen yhdistelmällä.  Kannattavuus: oikaistu EBITA-marginaali vähintään  13 % keskipitkällä aikavälillä.  Velkaantuminen: nettovelka suhteessa oikaistuun  käyttökatteeseen välillä 2–3. Velkaantumisaste  voi tilapäisesti ylittää tavoitealueen (esimerkiksi  yritysostojen yhteydessä).  Osinkopolitiikka: vuosittain kasvava osinko, joka on  vuosittain vähintään 30 % raportoidusta liikevoitosta

Jännä optisuusharha tuossa, sillä markkina-arvo oli aikanaan vain reilu 1,5 kertaa liikevaihto. Realistisempi ja jo aika kova olisi ehkä 1 kertaa liikevaihto eli 0,12 euroa nykyliikevaihdolla eli voittoa vajaa 200% eli täytynee laittaa jäitä hattuun…

Jälleenmyyjät kun aktivoituvat täyttämään tyhjiä varastoja niin siitä voidaan vielä kuulla mukavia uutisia. Juttukin viittaa siihen toimintaan diilereiden puolesta. Ensimmäisen pörssipäivän noteerauksesta pudonnut -92 prosenttia Nordnet Active traderin mukaan vaikka firmaan saatiin myös lähes 20 miljoonaa annissa ja liikevaihto on tuplaantunut kasvun myötä.
