Scout Gaming Group: Reorganisation
Scout Gaming Group AB ("SGG", "the Group" or "the Company") announces the completion of its previously announced transformation programme. This includes a divestment of the group's Norwegian subsidiary Scout Gaming AS to its management. Scout Gaming AS will to a limited level continue to be engaged as a subcontractor to the group going forward.
The reason behind the reorganisation is for the Group is to become leaner and more efficient in the delivery of services to the group's B2B partners. The business undertook a thorough review process to determine how to best drive efficiency in delivery processes and provide our partner customers, with ongoing support.
The delivery of higher quality and better performing range of products to the existing and future partners continues to be the key focus to the Group. As a result of the new company structure, there has been a reduction in the number of full-time employees within the company.
Niklas Jönsson, CEO for Scout Gaming comments; "It is my firm belief that these changes will have a positive impact both for partner's and for the Group's objective to reach more positive results and cash flow. We thank our partners for their trust and look forward to delivering player experience through Scout Gaming's products, together."
