15.4.2024 16:15:00 EEST | Reka Industrial Oyj | Other information disclosed according to the rules of the Exchange15.4.2024 16:15:00 EEST | Reka Industrial Plc | Other information disclosed according to the rules of the ExchangeReka Industrial Plc: Proposal to the AGM on the number, composition and remuneration of the members of the Board of DirectorsReka Industrial Plc’s shareholders representing over 50 percent of the votes propose to the Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2024 regarding the number of the members and the composition and remuneration of the Board of Directors as follows:Resolution on the number of members of the Board of Directors and possible deputy membersShareholders representing over 50 percent of the votes propose to the Annual General Meeting that the number of the members of the Board of Directors be confirmed at four (4) and that no deputy members be elected.Election of the chairperson and the deputy chairperson and members of the BoardShareholders representing over 50 percent of the votes propose to the Annual General Meeting that to the Board of Directors to be re-elected Päivi Marttila, Eeva Raita, Markku E. Rentto and Leena Saarinen.
