<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Nimbus Group AB (publ) has signed a dealer agreement with the Spanish dealer A&amp;P Marine regarding the sale of boats under the Nimbus brand in the attractive boating district along the Costa Blanca coast.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p><br>A&amp;P Marine has its headquarters in Denia in the region of Valencia, approximately 130 kilometers northeast of Alicante, and covers the coastline between Denia in the north and Altea in the south. A&amp;P Marine is a family-owned full-service company that offers both boat sales and maintenance, service, and repairs.<br><br>"Spain and the Costa Blanca coast are highly interesting markets for Nimbus Group's premium products, not least our boats under the Nimbus brand. Nimbus Group has a clear growth strategy, and expanding our dealer network is a crucial part of this. We are very pleased to welcome A&amp;P Marine to our network of successful dealers," says Nicklas Bergström, Director for Commercial Sales.<br><br>Through the agreement, A&amp;P Marine gains the right to sell boats under the Nimbus brand along the Costa Blanca coast.
