<div class="abstract">Malin Ekstrand is appointed new CFO of Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ). She joins from Ramboll where she is Head of Business Finance Sweden &amp; Norway.</div>Malin Ekstrand has many years of experience from management positions in economics and finance. Most recently from the role of Head of Business Finance Sweden &amp; Norway at Ramboll. Prior to that, she has held management positions at Electrolux, Skanska and Trygg-Hansa, among others. Malin Ekstrand will be part of the Management Team of the Group and will take up her position no later than 28 April, 2025. "I am pleased to welcome Malin Ekstrand to PE as the company's new CFO. We are on an exciting journey to make PE more profitable, efficient and attractive. With our engineers, architects and experts, we are helping to build a more sustainable society. Malin has strong skills and broad experience from the engineering consulting industry. She is a driven and business-oriented leader who, together with the rest of the management team and employees, will contribute to positive development in the future," says Andreas Hatzigeorgiou, President and CEO. "I am really excited to join PE as the company's new CFO. I look forward to contributing to the company's continued development journey. As previously announced, Liselotte Haglind, who has worked at the company since 2022, will leave the company at her own request, for new challenges.
