LeadDesk Plc Management team changes: SME and Enterprise sales organizations merge
LeadDesk Plc Press Release 14 October 2024 10.35 EET
LeadDesk has decided to restructure its sales organization to streamline operations and strengthen the unity of sales management. In the future, Kai Leppänen, the company's current SME Sales Director, will be responsible for both SME and Enterprise sales in the Management team.
LeadDesk founded the Enterprise Sales Organization in 2020 and it has quickly become a significant part of the company's business, currently representing approximately 35% of the company's total revenue. The former head of the Enterprise sales organization will continue to work for the company and support the transition.
"This change is a natural development on our growth path. With a unified sales unit, operations and management will be streamlined. Our goal is to accelerate growth and better meet the diverse needs of our customers in the future." Says LeadDesk's CEO Olli Nokso-Koivisto.
The restructuring will take effect on 15.10.2024, and the company's Management team will consist of the following people:
- Olli Nokso-Koivisto, CEO
- Kaisa Rönkkö, CFO
- Saija Pouru, VP of Operations
- Kai Leppänen, VP of Sales
