Exel Composites Plc's Annual Report 2024 published

Exel Composites' Annual Report, Remuneration Report and Corporate Governance Statement for 2024 have been published today. The Annual Report includes the Board of Directors' Report, the review by the President and CEO, the consolidated financial statements, the financial statements of the parent company and the auditor's report. The Annual Report also includes the Sustainability Statement, which has been compiled according to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), as part of the Board of Directors' Report.

Exel Composites publishes the financial statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The format of the report is XHTML. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements and notes to the financial statements have been tagged with iXBRL markups. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has issued an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Exel Composites' ESEF Financial Statements. The assurance has been completed in accordance with the international standard on assurance engagements ISAE 3000.
