Exel Composites appoints Kari Loukola as Executive Vice President, Industrial Solutions business unit and member of Exel Leadership Team

Exel Composites has today appointed Kari Loukola M.Sc. (Econ) and M.Sc. (Eng) as Executive Vice President, Industrial Solutions business unit and member of the Exel Leadership Team as of 25 February 2025.

Mr. Loukola currently serves as Senior Vice President, Wind at Exel Composites. Over the past 11 years Mr. Loukola has held several senior leadership positions within Exel, including SVP & General Manager of multiple business units and SVP Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Exel Composites, Loukola worked at Nokia Networks for more than 20 years in various management roles, including P&L responsibilities.

Ms. Kathy Wang, currently EVP, Industrial Solutions business unit has informed the company of her desire to step down for family reasons. Ms. Wang will stay with Exel in an active role until a smooth and full handover has taken place.
