Transfer of EAB Group's own shares
On 25 and 26 April 2022, EAB Group Plc transferred without consideration a total of 5,901 own shares held by the company to current key employees and former key employee of the company. The transfer is related to the payment of deferred variable remuneration and is in accordance with the Company's remuneration scheme.
The regulation requires that, to the extent that a reward scheme for so-called risk-takers may result in a variable remuneration of more than €50,000 per calendar year, at least 40% of the defined variable remuneration must be deferred over a period of 3-5 years. Up to half of the remuneration payable at any given time may be paid in cash. The non-cash payment must be made in EAB Group Plc shares.
Following the transfer, EAB Group Plc holds 30,877 own shares.
