The actions to improve profitability are bearing fruit, while market conditions are further delaying growth  BUY with a target price of EUR 0.75. Despite slight reductions in estimates, the ongoing profitability turnaround and an eventual rebound in overall IT spending (though timing uncertain) support our optimism at current valuation levels.

Joku laittoi 47000 kpl ostomääräyksen. Niiin sitä pitää. Toimari esiintyi videolla edukseen, kun Utilities sektorin lähitulevaisuuden näkymiä ei kovin kehunut. Kun ei omista paljoa osaketta, niin on tietysti helpompi olla rehellinen.Mutta parempi näin, kuin katteettomat lupaukset.

Tässä on Jonin analyysi Solteqista.  Nostamme osakkeen suosituksen vähennä-tasolle (aik. myy) kurssilaskun myötä ja toistamme 0,6 euron tavoitehintamme. Solteq tulosvaroitti aikaisemmin viikolla liikevaihdon osalta, mutta toisti tulosohjeistuksensa. Q3 oli kaksijakoinen. Liikevaihto laski ja jäi odotuksista, mutta tuloskäänne eteni kuitenkin linjassa odotuksiimme. Iso kuva on ennallaan ja yhtiön on saatava käännettyä liiketoiminnat takaisin hyvälle kasvu ja kannattavuustasolle, jotta korkeat korkokulut saadaan katettua ja uudelleenrahoitus onnistuu tulevaisuudessa suotuisammilla ehdoilla. Kurssilaskun myötä arvostuskuva on hieman helpottanut, mutta on edelleen haastava, erityisesti huomioiden tuloskäänteen epävarmuus ja sen kriittisyys. Positiivinen näkemys osakkeesta vaatisi selvää tuloskäännettä ja näkyvyyttä suotuisampaan rahoitusrakenteeseen. Edit: Vaikea tuosta on hetkessä päästä perille - aloin itsekin silmäilemään asiaa. Kuitenkin noita vuokra-asioita on käsitelty sen verran monessa eri kohtaa liitetiedostoissa, joten alkaa vaikuttaa että tietoisesti asia on tuolla tavoin.

Mistä voi johtua, että H1’24- ja Q3’24-raporteissa vuokrasopimusvelkojen maksujen määrä on sama, -887t€? Luulisi, että vuokrat pyörivät kuukausittain, enkä muista vastaavaa tapausta, että vuokrasopimusvelkojen maksut eivät olisi muuttuneet kvartaalin aikana.
