Sampsa Laine steps down from Talenom’s Board of Directors
Sampsa Laine, member of the Board of Directors of Talenom Plc since 2020, has tendered his resignation from the Board as of 30 November 2024.
Laine resigns from the Board due to his appointment as the CEO of Alisa Bank Plc as of 1 December 2024. Talenom and Alisa Bank have cooperated since 2022, offering banking and financial services to companies using Talenom's financial management services.

Following the resignation of Laine, the Board of Directors of Talenom Plc consists of six members. The term of the Board extends until the end of the Annual General Meeting.
