MapsPeople expects to announce its Q3 2024 financial report on 13 November 2024. MapsPeople’s CEO Morten Brøgger and CFO Christian Læsø will present the financial results and the recent strategic development on the next day, 14 November 2024 at 10:00, in an online live event. The management presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
Looking at recent news, MapsPeople has successfully completed its rights issue, raising gross proceeds of approx. DKK 36m. Moreover, the company has also announced a new debt facility with EIFO of up to DKK 14.9m in September. After a period of cost reductions, MapsPeople is now focusing on executing its growth plans, both organically and through M&A activities.
Over recent months, MapsPeople has also communicated new expansion contracts with large customers as well as a renewed partnership with Ricoh Spaces.
MapsPeople guides that ARR will reach the range of DKK 72-80m (39-54% growth YoY) by the end of 2024. In 2024, MapsPeople expects that recognized revenues will reach the range of DKK 58-63m (43-55% growth YoY), and EBITDA before special items are expected to be between DKK -25m to DKK -20m (DKK -59.7m in 2023).
MapsPeople is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company with HQ in Aalborg and offices in Copenhagen, München, Austin, and San Francisco. MapsPeople has two primary revenue streams: MapsIndoors and Other Licenses (including Google Maps). MapsIndoors is an indoor mapping platform that helps make buildings smart in multiple ways. MapsPeople also provide Google Maps licenses and services for companies wishing to integrate Google Maps into their products, apps, websites, etc.
