Oslo (31.07.24) Torbjørn Wist, Executive Vice President & CFO, has decided to
leave Wallenius Wilhelmsen to take on a position as EVP & Group CFO in Telenor
Group.
Torbjørn Wist has been with the company for four years and was acting CEO for 15
months. Before Wallenius Wilhelmsen, Wist was CFO for Scandinavian Airlines
Systems (SAS) and held various positions in treasury and M&A during his 13 years
in Telenor.
"I want to thank Torbjørn for his contribution to the development of the company
over the last years. He has played a key role both as CFO and acting CEO and
contributed to the very strong financial and strategic position of Wallenius
Wilhelmsen today. I want to thank him for a good and close collaboration during
my two years as CEO and wish him all the best in Telenor," says President & CEO
Lasse Kristoffersen.

Wist will leave Wallenius Wilhelmsen no later than January 31, 2025. The process
to recruit a new CFO for Wallenius Wilhelmsen will start immediately.
