Swedish Logistic Property: Change in the total number of shares and votes in SLP
As of 30 September 2024, the total number of shares in Swedish Logistic Property AB ("SLP") amounts to 259,069,807 shares, divided into 38,715,160 shares of series A and 220,354,647 shares of series B. The total number of votes in SLP as of 30 September 2024 amounts to 413,930,447.
The increase in the number of shares and votes in SLP is due to the directed share issue of 31,428,572 shares of series B resolved by the board of directors of SLP on 4 September 2024, as well as the directed share issue of 1,000,000 shares of series B resolved by the board of directors of SLP on 23 September 2024 due to partial payment in shares in connection with the acquisition of two logistics properties.
