SeaTwirl's nomination committee proposes for election to the company's board four new members

With the aim to broaden and further strengthen SeaTwirl's board, the nomination committee will, at the annual general meeting on 7^th of May, propose the election of the following four additional new members:

• Sara Brandt
• Jérôme Guillet
• Johan Lundblad
• Per Ekdahl

Johan Sandberg, CEO, comments:" I am truly excited by these nominations to the SeaTwirl board. The four persons being presented today would add solid financial, strategic, commercial, and technical competence to the company. As we are in a very important phase with a large commercial focus, an expanded and invigorated board is of great value. I am especially glad in having a woman in the group as well as further international representation to strengthen us as a company."  

Presentation of proposed board members:

Sara Brandt has many years of experience, ranging from senior leadership and board commitments from both private, as well as state and regionally owned companies. Sara has successfully led strategic and operational development work for Swedish, Nordic, and international B2B- and B2C-companies. Sara's skills include open and target driven leadership, with a focus on commercial growth, sustainable business development, communication, and relations.

Jérôme Guillet has 30 years of experience in energy financing and has a long track record of bringing complex transactions to financial closure across different markets and circumstances. He is a founder and former Managing Director of Green Giraffe, today being one of the world's most experienced and recognized financial advisors in offshore wind power. Jérôme is currently the Managing Director of SNOW, a company focused on supporting early-stage renewable energy projects and he is currently involved in the development of multiple offshore wind projects across the world.

Johan Lundblad has a solid background with many years of experience within shipping and industry. He has held executive and central positions in international shipping companies based in Stockholm, Hamburg and most recently in London for Gearbulk/G2 Ocean. Johan is co-founder of the industry group Amymone AB, in which the family is a partner. Johan is also active on the company's board.

Per Ekdahl has his background from the defense industry and is highly experienced in engineering matters. He has worked as a project manager and later as a line manager in the defense industry. Per participated in the development of the Science Park in Jönköping and has worked in entrepreneur-led companies as well as within smaller start-ups. Per has been CEO of Corroventa Avfuktning AB. He has often worked in the interface between market and product/system development in high technology businesses, applying his extensive technical knowledge in these areas.
