Safe at Sea has been awarded a procurement contract with the Italian Coast Guard.
The Italian Coast Guard (ITCG) has chosen to invest in multiple RescueRunner systems.
Safe at Sea AB (publ), in collaboration with its Italian partner Stemar Composite Technology S.R.L., has won a procurement contract with the Italian Coast Guard (ITCG) for the delivery of five RescueRunner systems, with an option for an additional 40 units.
The RescueRunner system is known for its exceptional flexibility and capability to operate in challenging and shallow waters, making it an ideal choice for the diverse missions of the coast guard. This order represents a significant milestone for Safe at Sea in the European market, paving the way for future collaborations and growth opportunities.
Delivery of the initial five RescueRunner systems is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2025. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 2,600,000.
The option for an additional 40 units may be exercised depending on ITCG's future operational requirements and needs.
