After a thorough testing procedure, starting in their lab environment in Sweden, followed by evaluation by the external support team in the Philippines, the Crossborderit team has concluded that the Woony service will increase the flexibility and efficiency of the on-boarding process.
With the Woony service, support agents are in full control of when voice calls are used, allowing greater power for agents to process support issues in the most efficient way.
