OptiMobile AB (publ): Crossborderit extends Woony trial and includes support team
Crossborderit has identified a need for an integrated voice calling service to enhance their interaction with their web shop customers worldwide. The service is expected to reduce the time for onboarding and resolution of support issues and increase customer satisfaction.
