Highlights in the report:
The Group had a satisfactory development in the third quarter, with profit
before income tax
amounting to NOK 502 (-763) million.
The Group's rental income amounted to NOK 946 (922) million.
Fair value adjustments of investment properties amounted to NOK 108 (-1 308)
million, and fair value
adjustments of interest rate derivatives totalled NOK -106 (80) million in the
quarter.
Profit before tax, fair value adjustments and currency result amounted to NOK
518 (541) million.
The Group's financial position is solid, and by the end of the quarter the
Group's equity ratio was 51 %
(51 %), while its liquidity reserves was NOK 9 221 (5 232) million.
Retail sales in the shopping center portfolio in the third quarter were NOK 14
597 (14 448) million, an
increase of 1 % compared to the same quarter last year.
