In addition, Enea’s incoming CEO, Teemu Salmi, will introduce himself via link.</div><div class="mfn-body">Content highlights<ul><li>Strengthened Market Position: During 2024, Enea has strengthened its position in cybersecurity, embedded security, traffic management, and network applications through technical innovation and key commercial milestones.</li><li>Focus Areas: Enea’s security and networks businesses contributed 91% of net sales and 83% of adjusted EBITDA during the first three quarters of 2024.</li><li>Net Debt Reduction: Enea reduced its net debt by 39 MSEK in the same period.</li><li>Share Buybacks: Year-to-date, the company executed share buybacks totaling 929,771 shares for a total consideration of 66 MSEK.</li><li>Recurring Revenue: Enea is increasing its recurring revenues and in Q3 2024, recurring revenue represented 70% of net sales. As of September 30, 2024, annual recurring revenue reached 600 MSEK, representing 67% of net sales.</li><li>Growth Potential: Enea remains well-positioned for sustainable and profitable growth. </li></ul>Delivery on Financial Guidance and Reiterated Financial Ambition<ul><li>2024 Financial Performance: Enea delivered on its 2024 financial guidance with an adjusted EBITDA margin exceeding 30%. For the first nine months, the adjusted EBITDA margin was 33%.</li><li>Reaffirmed Financial Ambitions: Enea reiterates its financial ambition with double-digit net sales growth in its focus areas along with an adjusted EBITDA margin above 35%.
