Endomines has received a Small Miners Exemption permit for the US Grant mining area in Montana
Endomines has received confirmation from the US authorities for their Small Miners Exemption (SMES) application for the US Grant mining area in Montana. The SMES permit authorizes Endomines to engage in exploration in the US Grant gold and silver mining area and it is also an important part of the permitting process aiming for production.
“I am pleased that we received the Small Miners Exemption operating permit. The permit allows us to operate at US Grant for example by conducting exploration or producing gold and silver in the permitted area. However, Endomines is focusing on Finland according to our strategy and does not plan to invest in starting production at US Grant,” says Endomines CEO Kari Vyhtinen.
Endomines owns rights to seven gold mining sites in the United States: five in Idaho and two in Montana. In addition to US Grant in Montana, the company has an option to purchase the Kearsarge gold deposit. Endomines’ goal is to utilize the US deposits through a partnership model.
