Clean Seas Seafood Limited (ASX: CSS, OSE: CSS) announces that David Di Blasio
has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
David Di Blasio has previously held senior finance positions at Yumbah
Aquaculture, Cooper Energy and Santos and prior to that worked in audit and
assurance at PwC. David is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA and Bachelor
of Commerce degree from the University of South Australia.
Clean Seas further advises that its current Chief Financial Officer, David Brown
has resigned to pursue an opportunity outside of the Company. The Clean Seas
Board and broader team thanks David Brown for his service and contribution.
Chief Executive Officer Robert Gratton said: "David Brown has made an
outstanding contribution to Clean Seas over the last 7 years, having served as
our CFO for the last 4 years. He leaves a strong legacy and we wish him well in
his future role."
The change will be effective on 11th June 2024, however David Brown will remain
an employee of Clean Seas for a period of time to assist in the transition of
his responsibilities to David Di Blasio.

Officer. David's extensive strategic, financial and aquaculture specific
