Registration starts at 13.00 CET.The notice to attend the EGM is available on <a rel="noopener" href="https://combigene.com/mfn_news/notice-of-extraordinary-general-meeting-in-combigene-ab-publ/">CombiGene’s web site</a>. At the EGM, shareholders will have two different proposals to decide on, one from the Board of CombiGene and one from the largest shareholder of the Company, Strategic Partners A / S. The proposals have been presented in a <a rel="noopener" href="https://combigene.com/mfn_news/the-board-of-directors-of-combigene-has-received-proposals-from-the-companys-largest-shareholder-for-the-extraordinary-general-meeting-intended-to-be-convened/">press release</a> on October 31 and in a <a rel="noopener" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IEasm1INPHo&amp;t=4s">webinar</a> on November 28 (in Swedish).Shareholders that wish to participate in the EGM shall&nbsp;be registered in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB no later than on December 2, 2024 and&nbsp;shall&nbsp;have notified the Company of their intention to participate at the EGM no later than on December 4, 2024.
