The new order includes Heliospectra's fully modular MITRA X LED light and helioCORE™ system solution and is spread out over 4 deliveries in 2024 and 2025. The total order value is 8,3 million SEK.
The grower, located in Ontario, Canada, is a leading greenhouse propagator. Heliospectra's cutting-edge technologies are set to improve the customer's cultivation practices further, driving sustainability, efficiency, and yield optimization.
Heliospectra's MITRA X LED lights (https://heliospectra.com/led-grow-lights/mitra-x/) and control solutions will be integrated into the customer's new state-of-the-art greenhouse, supplied by Havecon Horticultural Projects and their Hoogendoorn climate control system. The MITRA X platform ensures reliability, efficiency, and longevity using cutting-edge A-band components from industry leaders such as OSRAM, CREE, and Inventronics. With wattage options ranging from 325 to 1500 watts, this modular system empowers growers to tailor light distribution and quality to meet specific plant requirements, optimizing growth and development.
Heliospectra's helioCORE™ system (https://heliospectra.com/heliocore/), with our DLI Management System, provides growers with a tool to enjoy savings of up to 35% beyond the energy efficiency gains achieved by transitioning from HPS to LED lighting, thereby making growers eligible for additional rebates.
Furthermore, our system offers growers exclusive advantages, including dynamic grow zones. This feature empowers growers to establish and adjust grow zones wirelessly, even down to a single fixture, allowing for flexibility and control. Additionally, two-way communication with our PSU, enabling our advanced software to receive crucial data such as fixture and environmental temperatures, operating hours, and grid harmonic pollution. Leveraging this wealth of data, our software provides precise monitoring capabilities and notifications, enabling our growers to track the performance of their lighting installation and return on investment accurately.
