Kullgren brings a distinguished career and deep expertise in leadership, sales, and business development across the technology sector, further strengthening Artificial Solutions' commitment to innovation and growth.
Born in 1967, Sara Kullgren most recently served as the Channel Sales Lead for Telco Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Microsoft, a position she has held since 2020. Her tenure at Microsoft includes roles such as Head of Consumer Business in the Nordics from 2016 to 2019, and Head of Startups, Developers & Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) from 2014 to 2016. Kullgren's career also includes significant leadership positions outside of Microsoft, including Senior Vice President of Group Product and Services at Eniro in 2013, Head of Northern Europe at Oriflame from 2009 to 2012 and Managing Director for Nokia Mobile Phones from 1998 to 2006, among other roles at Nokia. She also worked as the Sales Lead for Apples consumer business in Sweden. Additionally, she has served on the boards of TV4 from 2004 to 2005 and the Swedish National Space Board from 2000 to 2002.
Throughout her career at Microsoft, Kullgren has garnered extensive experience in leadership, sales, and business development within both software and hardware sectors, including scalable business models such as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Her previous roles have consistently demonstrated her ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster significant business growth.
Kullgren's educational background is equally impressive. She studied Market Economics at Frans Schartau Handelsinstitut from 1988 to 1989 and at IHM Business School from 1990 to 1992. She further enhanced her expertise with executive education in Strategy and Business Development at London Business School in 1995 and IMD Business School in 2003.
