Oslo, July 4 2024: Ayfie International AS (AIX) introduced new reporting
routines in May, with the intention of informing the stock market about
important events at least once every quarter. The second quarter has now been
completed, and the company will therefore provide the following update:
During the second quarter, Ayfie has acquired the following users of our AI
platform Ayfie Personal Assistant: Folketrygdfondet, Møller Eiendom AS,
Gassnova, Det Stavangerske Dampskibsselskab AS (DSD), the British law firm
Fenwick Elliot, Halden Municipality, and Norlandia.
The majority of these revenues have not been recorded in the first half of the
year and will therefore be reflected in the accounts in the second half of the
year. In addition, revenues from the existing customer base are increasing. We
notice a very high interest in our AI product, both through internal sales and
through our partners.
A commercial partnership agreement was signed with the consulting and technology
company Arribatec in the second quarter, serving more than 1,700 customers in 25
countries. The collaboration has started with operational customers, generating
revenues for both parties. The agreement is considered to have great potential
by both parties.
In the second quarter, sales have also been made through partnership agreements
with Contesto, Atea, and Canon. The potential with these is considered to be
significant. There is dialogue with several potential partners, and a new
partnership agreement is expected to be signed shortly. Ayfie's main strategy
for international growth is through partners, and we are therefore looking for
partners both domestically and internationally. Our partners notice an increased
interest in their own products in conjunction with Ayfie, precisely because of
access to a solid and cost-effective AI platform.
Ayfie's AI product is continuously developing, and the platform will soon be
able to offer a checklist function that will make everyday life easier for all
customers using checklists. The AI platform will automatically check relevant
documents against the selected checklist, and within seconds provide feedback on
errors or omissions in the checklist. In addition, functionality will be
introduced to easily build one's own GPTs and bots, for both internal and
external use. This feature is in demand by existing customers.
We are also in discussions with NorLLM (NorwAI - NTNU) to make Norwegian
language models available in our solutions.
There have been no changes in management since April 2024, but due to increased
workload, the company has hired several people towards partner sales in the
second quarter and is still looking for more new colleagues.
The financial figures for the first half of the year will be published on August
28, 2024.
