WindowMaster is a Danish clean tech company that supplies sustainable indoor climate solutions based on intelligent natural and mixed mode ventilation as well as heat and smoke ventilation solutions. The solutions are for commercial use, primarily in the following six segments: 1) Office, 2) Education institutions, 3) Cultural buildings, 4) Shopping centers, 5) Hospitals and 6) Sports facilities.

In 2015, WindowMaster was acquired by the current majority shareholder and CEO, Erik Boyter, in a management buy-in. Today, the company is a global company with sales subsidiaries in Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Norway, United Kingdom, United States, and Switzerland. The company has been listed at Nasdaq First North in Denmark since October 2020.

WindowMaster has upgraded its 2024 guidance following record high order intake with strong growth across all its main markets and execution of its ‘Accelerate Core’ strategy.

WindowMaster has upgraded its 2024 guidance following record high order intake with strong growth across all its main markets and execution of its &#x2018;Accelerate Core&#x2019; strategy, including sales to key accounts (OEMs). By the end of May 2024, order intake amounts to DKK 279m (12-month running basis), corresponding to 19% growth YoY.&#xa0;
With 23% revenue growth YoY in May 2024 and the record high order intake, WindowMaster raises its 2024 financial guidance. Revenue guidance is upgraded to DKK 265-275m (before DKK 255-265m), corresponding to 11-16% growth (before 7-11% growth). EBITDA guidance is upgraded to DKK 28-33m (before DKK 25-29m), corresponding to an increased EBITDA-margin of 11.3% based on midrange (before 10.4% based on midrange). &#xa0;
WindowMaster will report its interim report for H1 2024 on 16 August 2024.&#xa0;
