Snacks from the HCA Platform:
Sanistål published their Q3 2022 report earlier today, where they narrowed guidance on EBITDA while keeping their revenue forecast. They now expect EBITDA around DKKm 240-255 (from earlier DKKm 225-255). Revenue guidance is unchanged at around DKKbn 3.6. For Q1-Q3 2022, Sanistål has revenue of DKKm 2,735.6, equal to around 9.6% growth compared to the same period last year. EBITDA for Q1-Q3 2022 ends at DKKm 197.2 compared to DKKm 136.0 last year. That’s a margin increase of 1.8%-point to 7.2%. Despite the relatively strong numbers, Sanistål also highlights that they have seen some slowdown in Q3 2022 which they expect to continue into Q4 2022. The main focus in Sanistål is, of course, still the offer from Ahlsell to acquire the remaining shares in the company at DKK 85 per share, which is still awaiting final approval from the respective authorities, and the offer period has been postponed to 23 December 2022. Shares of Sanistål ends the day with a loss of 2.65% at DKK 80.8.
